Cheers to rooftop season in DC! Enjoy four pours of Saldo Wines paired with passed canapés from Chef Mark Lee and live music from guitarist Robert Ax Adams.

Tickets are $115 per person and include sales tax and gratuity.

Saldo Wine Menu: 

• California (NV) Zinfandel - Dark ruby color with bold aromas of black licorice, black pepper, cherry and baking spice. The entry is rich, full and scintillating. The palate is mouthwatering and smooth with a hint of chocolate. The finish is voluptuous with soft, velvety tannins.

• 2021 Chenin Blanc - High density of fruit aromas, including pineapple, white peach, and brown spice. Flavors of pineapple and honey crisp apple dominate on the palate.

• 2021 Australia Shiraz - Highly complex aromas of crushed herb, brine and dark fruit dominated by blackberry and blueberry with hints of black currant. Flavors of mixed, juicy dark berries and hints of cocoa on the palate.

• 2021 Red Blend - Blueberry, boysenberry, pie crust and baking spice aromas. On the palate, baking notes continue and combine seamlessly with plums, fresh black cherries and hints of licorice, with plenty of density and body. Bold but memorable, this wine has a nice, long finish with soft, round tannins.

Passed canapés include: 

• Tuna Tartare with soy wasabi and crispy shallots

• Stuffed Mushroom Caps with sage and parmesan

• Hanger Steak with jalapeño mash and country toast

• Curried Chicken with yogurt and lime-curry sauce

• Marinated Tomato & Mozzarella with pesto mayonnaise

• Mini Grilled Cheese with truffle oil and bacon

• Foie Gras Mousse Crostini with apricot and almond
